The Sacred Chef has owned and managed restaurants in Sydney, Perth and Adelaide, where he worked with luminaries such as Neil Perry (Blue Water Grill in Bondi) and Tony Bilson (The Kirk). He was part of the chain of Laurie’s Vegetarian Restaurants, that fed so many health conscious Sydneysiders in the last decade of the twentieth century.
He co-ordinated The Conscious Living Expo in Perth, WA’s equivalent to the Mind Body Spirit Festival, with over 150 exhibition stands attracting in excess of 10 000 people over 4 days to the Perth Showgrounds, for 5 years.
As National Sales & Marketing Manager of WellBeing Magazine for 6 years, he developed the content – creating annual educational, cooking, healing & travel supplements – and also increased the circulation of that iconic publication.
