I know there is often a fair bit of trepidation around the cost of catering for any event, and I always say to my clients, that the best way to handle this is to work out how much you would like to spend per guest. From that point, we then see what menu we can come up with to fit that budget – this approach takes much of the stress and anxiety out of the process. If you think about this beforehand then there are no nasty surprises in the rear view mirror!
